I selected Japanese as I think I may understand, but now seems a little bit hard to me, so I would like to change to English. Can anyone tell me where I can change my language?

Is it possible to clear chapter 12 with lv 120 nikkes?
Now my nikkes are stuck at lv 120, I need more than 10000 cores and 3 more SRs to level up to 121. Should I upgrade gear or skills? My current main team: Scarlet, Liter, Privaty, Yuni and Privaty. My power is 2200 less than required.
